1) Hello everyone,
My dad had a pretty bad night last night due to feeling sick and nauseous from the chemotherapy. They are giving him meds to help with that now and it is working...he is feeling better. But, he did not get much sleep and, because of the fact that his white blood cells are so low, this is a concern...he is more susceptible to getting sick, and we really do not want him to get any infections, etc. So please pray that he will have a better night tonight and that he will get some rest. He will not be able to take any of your calls at this time, but cards or emails are good :) . Thank you for all of your prayers and best wishes.
Luv,
Maisha
2) Thank you soooo much for your prayers...the chemotherapy treatment is working. The "blast" cells are down from 80% to 5%. If they stay at this level for 14 days and we find a bone marrow match for him, my dad will be sent to California to the City of Hope to have the transplant done. Thanks again for all of your prayers!

Aloha Kit-
We were very surprised and saddened to hear the news of your cancer but we know Who's hands you are in! Praise His name!!
You and your family have gone straight to the top of our daily prayer list and we are trusting God for a speedy and full recovery. Your ministry has just moved from Maui to Oahu for the time being but it is just as powerful!

Another good Word from Isaiah.
26:3 You will guard him (Kit) and keep him in perfect constant peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You.
Amen!
Love you Kit,
Mele
Praise God for the rapid lower count!! This scripture came to me upon hearing the news....Jer 32:27
