Urgent Prayer Request

Below is what was e-mailed to the Hope Chapel Prayer warriors:

Hope Chapel associate pastor, Dr. Kit Lauer got his bloodwork done today. All of his cell counts are low (wbc, rbc, platelets), and he has an infection and fever. In addition, they are now seeing cancer cells in his blood as well as in his bone marrow. He and Shelly are leaving this evening to go to Honolulu, where he may need to have a blood transfusion.

Maisha has a more detailed update on her Facebook. Many of you have shown support by leaving notes and messages there. Are you all on Facebook? If any of you reading this blog do not have a Facebook account and would like to be updated more from this blog, please let me know by leaving a comment. Otherwise I will assume that everyone has been following Kit's update on Maisha's facebook page. Thanks. - Liza

Maisha, I am not sure if I even know what a facebook account is but will try to keep updated. It is a cold but no snow Christmas morning here in Colorado. Have a blessed Christmas with your family.
